If so, your browser settings may need to be optimized. Please take the following steps:
Internet Explorer
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click "Tools"
  3. Click "Internet Options"
  4. Under "Temporary Internet Files" click "Settings"
  5. Click "Every visit to the page"
  6. Click "OK"
  7. Under "Temporary Internet Files" click "Delete Files"
  8. Click "Delete all offline content"
  9. Click "OK"
  10. Set "Days to keep pages in history" to "0"
  11. Click "Clear History
  12. Click "Yes"
  13. Click "Privacy" tab (if available)
  14. Set slider to "medium"
  15. Click "OK"
  16. Close out your browser, go offline, and restart your computer (this is very important).
  17. Reconnect to the web and try to login to the site again. If the problems persist, phone GE Online Member Support
Netscape Navigator
  1. Open Netscape Navigator
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Click "Preferences"
  4. Double Click "Advanced"
  5. Click "Cache"
  6. Set "Cache" field to "0" MB
  7. Click "Clear Cache"
  8. Click "Every time I view the page"
  9. Click "OK"
  10. Close out your browser, go offline, and restart your computer (this is very important).
  11. Reconnect to the web and try to login to the site again. If the problems persist, phone GE Online Member Support
