Are you experiencing one or more of the following
problems?
- After typing in your name, password, and center, you are “thrown back” to
the login page
- At the login page, you are unable to select a center (no list appears)
- The login page does not display correctly – part of it is missing
- You are able to login, but no search results are returned
- You are able to login and search, but the profile picture does not appear
- The message “Page Cannot Be Found” appears when you go to the GE Online
site
- A variation of one of the problems listed above
If so, your browser settings may need to be optimized. Please take the
following steps:
Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click "Tools"
- Click "Internet Options"
- Under "Temporary Internet Files" click "Settings"
- Click "Every visit to the page"
- Click "OK"
- Under "Temporary Internet Files" click "Delete Files"
- Click "Delete all offline content"
- Click "OK"
- Set "Days to keep pages in history" to "0"
- Click "Clear History
- Click "Yes"
- Click "Privacy" tab (if available)
- Set slider to "medium"
- Click "OK"
- Close out your browser, go offline, and restart your computer (this is
very important).
- Reconnect to the web and try to login to the site again. If the problems
persist, phone GE

Netscape Navigator
- Open Netscape Navigator
- Click "Edit"
- Click "Preferences"
- Double Click "Advanced"
- Click "Cache"
- Set "Cache" field to "0" MB
- Click "Clear Cache"
- Click "Every time I view the page"
- Click "OK"
- Close out your browser, go offline, and restart your computer (this is
very important).
- Reconnect to the web and try to login to the site again. If the problems
persist, phone GE
